We are a new company however have been on Ebay for many years buying and selling our own items. This id is global_toys so please have a look for proof of our service and reliability. We are still using this id for our personal items. I was made redundant this year and have always wanted to take the step forward into running my own business so here I am. I deal in hard to find items and items not usually available to buyers in the UK (mainly toys however do keep my eyes open for items I think are unique and would sell well). All our stock is in limited numbers to help keep the item unique however certain items can be reordered, some of the items are in the category of 'when they are gone then thats it...'. I accept Paypal (only payment method for non UK orders, sorry), postal order and personal cheque (personal cheques must clear through the banking system before the items are released, this will delay your order by 5-7 business days). We are in the process of being able to take credit card payments dierctly and will update once this has been completed.

Post and Packing charges are applied to all orders. This encorporates the cost of packaging(i.e. boxes, wrapping etc) and post. We use Royal mail for small and light items however have a great deal with UPS for heavy items or multiple orders. You will never pay more than £7.95 for P&P (UK delivery) no matter how many items you order, as long as they are paid,dispatched and delivered together. (please allow a new invoice to be sent through before paying so that the charges can be altered)

All sales are final. Faulty Goods can be returned within 21 days of invoice for replacement. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation. Defective goods will be replaced with equivalent products should the original product be out of stock. The product(s) must be returned within 14 days from the date of issue of the RAN (Return Authorisation Number) number, otherwise the RAN number will be void and the product will not be accepted. Any shipping costs incurred in returning product to Globaltoystore are the buyers responsibility. Goods will not be accepted from the carrier unless clearly marked on the outside with a Globaltoystore RAN number. Warranty will be void unless returned in suitable packaging. Failure to input the fault description will result in the request being rejected. Just Faulty will not be accepted. The RAN number is only issued for the goods stated above. All products will be inspected for shortages, these will be noted and deducted from the cost.
