Items will be posted within 1 to 2 working days of cleared funds to the buyers address stated on Ebays invoice. Postage discounts will be offered if buyers have brought more then one item, the postage cost will be charged at the higher amount shown on any of the items buyers have won. - Please note: with ebays new rating systems, all our P&P charges include items such as bubblewrap, boxes, tape etc, so please bare this in mind when bidding on items as we need to cover the cost with all P&P we need to charge just that little bit extra over and above the true value of the postage cost and where possible we use next day courier with tracking:

Gloucester Bike Specialist do not offer refunds on Electrical items. Gloucester Bike Specialist will try to list items accurately but if buyers are not satisfied with an item then a full refund including the P&P charged will be given, but return postage will be at the buyers cost and not down to Gloucester Bike Specialist. All refunds have to be agreed by Gloucester Bike Specialist within 7 Days of the item being brought and all items must be returned to Gloucester Bike Specialist within 14 Days of the item being brought. Please note that no refund will be agreed if the item was brought as an upgrade or possible modification that the item was not intended for, so buyers need to clarify this before bidding. All refunds which are agreed and items returned to Gloucester Bike Specialist within terms of section 3 above will then be paid out. Refunds will be paid back to buyers by the means they originally paid Gloucester Bike Specialist.
