Beatyfull item,but did not match the photos in its colour, had been dye to coloured stains? struggle for returning the item,categoric refusal to pay shipping back to store ,refuse to take any responsibility in the situation and went ahead in completing return process thus blocking me to apply for eBay guaranty. Righteous couple,very smart with eBay loop holes and at covering there back at my expense .there store is well managed and items of first quality,but not trustworthy,harsh,$ first!

This feedback does not reflect the reality of the transaction. The item colour was exactly as described and it had not been dyed. We consulted eBay support as to the correct procedure for returning the item and were advised to refund the purchase price while eBay would refund the shipping cost under the terms of the Global Shipping Programme. We will be requesting that these comments are removed.
