We have been on Ebay since 1998 but previous to thisI used to stall out at Bermondsey and Covent Garden antique markets in London selling pretty much what I sell now.
Payment policy
I prefer Paypal but I also take personal Cheques in either £GBP or $USDs
Delivery information
I do care about a sensible rate for shipping. Many times I have been ripped off by sellers from around the world, sometimes adding as much as 50% to the actual postage charge. I offer various options and if a buyer wants to suggest or organize shipping themselves that is OK.
Return policy
I will always offer a refund if you are not happy with an item and it is returned in the same condition as it was sent. This is a trust issue so I do expect it both ways!
