I am disabled and my health has an inconvenient habit of delaying payment.

I can pay via paypal or postal order. Paypal may sometimes involve transfering funds into the bank account attatched to my paypal account and this may take time if I am not well or have internet problems. I get paid on Tuesday so normally try to send payment on the Tuesday closest to the end of the auction. If this is not possible it is then done on the next Tuesday but I usually try to contact my sellers in that instance.

My health is poor. If you contact me and don't get a reply for ages I am probably ill. My phone number is listed, feel free to use it ONLY in an emergency but bear in mind my 10yr old mildly autistic daughter often answers the phone so please be polite.

I have described my situation as best as I can above, however I can understand how some sellers might look at this and prefer not to sell to me. If I am bidding on your item and you have concerns you can cancel my bid if you like. However the Disability Discrimination Act prohibts you from refusing to sell to me on the basis of my disability/health problems so should you wish to take this course of action it is probably best to contact me first to discuss it and anyway it's just good manners. I am a single mum on benefits AND I CANNOT AFFORD TO LOSE MONEY!!!!!!!! I have recently been ripped off by a seller who strung me along until I missed the deadline for filing a complaint. Usually ebay items tend to reach me a week after I've sent payment. I am willing to wait a maximum of TWO WEEKS ONLY. After that time I start the dispute process. Should this action be necessary please do not take offence, it's nothing personal, I CANNOT AFFORD TO THROW MONEY AWAY!

As previously mentioned I am a Christian. This means I will do my best to be fair to you. It does not mean you can treat me like a doormat. Remember even Christ himself got angry. I have had allsorts of treatment from other ebayers. I actually closed my last ebay account myself due to abusive messages from someone claiming I'd not sent payment when I had sent it. Before that I had an account closed due to sellers taking action against me due to the fact that I'd temporarily become homeless at the time and they couldn't understand why this would delay payment (or indeed why a homeless person isn't going to need things like matching bedside lights anymore.) Folks please remember WE ARE ALL ADULTS HERE! Lets all act like it and leave the bullying in the playground. Sorry but as a Christian I like to be upront about these things.
