Orders comlpeted before 3pm on a working day (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holiday) will be posted out the same day. After 3pm orders will be posted the next working day.

We offer a ‘no fuss’ refund policy, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or simply change your mind, please notify us by email and return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unopened, undamaged and in the same condition as supplied. Return postage is at the customer’s expense, and refunds will be credited (less the original cost of postage and packaging) within 7 working days. In the rare case that items arrive damaged or faulty, we will arrange a full refund (including postage and packaging) or replacement once the item has been returned to us. All our products are brand new and come from genuine suppliers, and as such they are covered by standard 12 month manufacturer's warranties. In the case of a fault arising with a product within the twelve month period please email us to arrange for it to be returned. We can then arrange a suitable replacement or refund
