We have a no quibble returns policy and as long as the unwanted item is returned to us within seven working days we shall refund the item less the original p&p costs. All returned items must be sent via an insured trackable postal service with proof of posting. An item not returned via an insured trackable postable service with proof of posting and subsequently not received by us shall be deemed lost by the sender and will not be refunded.
