50 x LP Record Vinyl Album/Laserdisc Cardboard Mailers

If using for vinyl, I use card stiffeners (with the grain of the card crossing the grain in the mailer). On their own, they are not quite as stiff - but certainly much better than the card envelope style. I also use these to wrap items smaller than lps, making my own creases with the back of scissors - and this makes very robust packaging for precious magazines, big box computers games etc. PS For vinyl my preference is the twisted mailer (heavier but stronger).
