well now I am told I will get a refund, after waiting for this book that was ordered on 1/19. I did not want a refund I wanted my book- there should be a penalty for not preforming say 10X the cost. I will never order anything from this seller and will share that info. with my friends. Feel sorry for the other guy waiting for a book from the same day- you will probably never see, better open up a case as the seller did not ever respond to me and waited until the last minute when I could escalte case. Very disappointed!!

very disapointed, ordered book on 01/19/2012 still have not received- no tracking information, contacted seller with no responce Have now opened up a complaint hope it works and I get my book
