Goodwins as a family run retailing business has been trading in the Margate, Thanet area since 1938. Originally a traditional ironmongers, supplying hotels and catering establishments, in the local tourist industry, with pots and pans. Goodwins has evolved over the years, moving into garden machinery (we were one of the first Flymo dealerships in the UK), powertools, handtools and more recently leisure markets, such as one of the top dealerships for Elite Spas & Hottubs. We are a warranty & service centre, with fully trained service and repair technicians, for many different manufacturers of power tool and garden machinery. Goodwins Power Tools, as it is now called, is still owned and operated by the Goodwin family and is presently in it's 3rd generation. One thing will always remain the same, despite growth and the ever changing market, and that is the traditional personal service that Harold Goodwin built his reputation and business upon 70 years ago.

For Ebay transactions we accept payments via Paypal at checkout using your Paypal account or acceptable form of Credit/Debit card. We no longer accept cheques on Ecommerce purchases for logistical reasons.

Shipping charges are displayed within each individual listing on a table under the item description. Shipping will be by Royal Mail for small packages under 2kg in weight. All items over 2kg in weight will be shipped by International Courier and fully insured.
