Austin Powers - International Man of Mystery (DVD 2004)
This is a great DVD. Mike Myers cleverly plays 3 characters in this movie and is hilarious as all 3! Lots of inuendo both corny(but funny) and original. Lots of strategically placed props to conceal nakedness used to great comic effect. A great spoof of all the great 60s "Man from U.N.C.L.E" type movies. Great costumes and scenes,cars. The only thing I felt was a shame was Liz Hurleys acting(quite wooden, especially considering she's been acting since a teen)

A truly Monster Movie
This is a cracking film. Very clever graphics/ animation. Brilliant story line. Very funny. Appealing to all ages. fabulous film all round

a MUST for every Family
1 of 1 found this helpful We Purchased this DVD as we LOVED the BBC Series SO much. If only History was taught like this in school when I was a child. I've learned more from this great series than I ever did from School History lessons. It is "Horrible" as stated in the title but hey thats what kids love, right? Great Acting and singing performances by all the cast(some of which you'll recognize from shows such as Armstrong & Miller)Absolutely Hilarious. A few appearances from Steve Punt(Punt & Dennis)who is also one of the writers. The whole series is a great transfer from the already funny and brilliant books by Terry Deary.
My 4 and 7 year old nephews love it, my 11 year old daughter and her school friends love it. My Parents in their 60's love it. Just can't fault this superb series and cannot wait for Series 2 to become available on DVD.
