Kendal Kandy Shoppe has been trading on eBay for over 4 years and has gone from strength to strength. We are always looking for new products and trying to find ways to get a better deal for our clients.Many of our customers have been coming to us for a long time now and we view them more as friends than customers. We are always keen to help where we an and we try to go the extra mile when needed.

We prefer to accept payment using the Paypal system which gives protection to both customer and supplier. But some of our clients who do not have this facility can make payment using postal orders or personal cheques.

In all our dealings we try to be open and honest , and FAIR. In relation to postage and Packing costs we charge the actual Royal Mail or Courier Service charge for the service needed to get your order to you in the fastest , but most competative timespan. In addition we add a nominal charge to cover all the packaging items used in packing your goods to standard that ensures they arrive at your home in top class condition.

We sincerely hope you never need to return any item supplied by us, but in the unlikley event that something arrives and you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it to us and we will either replace or refund as YOU require (exlcudes postage costs). Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under English Law.
