For UK orders we send all items Recorded Signed For unless extra is paid for Special Delivery Service. All International Orders are sent International Signed For. We choose Royal Mail as our preferred method of shipping as it suits most households. We despatch orders everyday, Monday to Friday inclusive, apart from Bank Holidays and over the Christmas Holiday Period. If you order and pay before 3pm, Monday to Friday we do our best to ship your order that same day.

We offer a 7 day Return Policy for all items. If you do require to return something please contact us first for our RMA Form & Number. Returns sent without this are liable to be returned to sender.
