Grade A Tee Shirts sells tee shirts from the Grade A clothing brand. I aim to give a good customer service by answering emails as quick as possile, sending out orders within 48 hrs of cleared payments (often quicker)& answer q's as quickly as I can

I have traded in the clothes industry for 15 years. I have always made customer satisfaction my main goal. I started off on Portobello Road Market, Greenwich Market and Spitalfields Market. I loved doing these, but my home commitments made them impossible. I now offer the same level of service on eBay. I have always treated my customers how I like to be treated myself.

PayPal, Cheques or Postal Orders

All UK items are sent Recorded Delivery. This means that in the unlikely event of a parcel going missing, an insurance claim can be put and and when that is paid by the PO a replacement can be sent. International mail sent International Signed For has the same coverage as UK Recorded Dleivery. Al other International mail I can claim for cover for the item if lost, but not the postage costs. They will have to be met again by the sender.
