We can't fix customs or the postal service. DOMESTIC: We use USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail. All of our shipments are carefully and professionally packaged in shipping boxes. USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery) is FREE within the US. Insurance is optional. No handling fees. INTERNATIONAL: USPS Priority Mail International (Usually 6 - 10 days) and USPS Express Mail International (Usually 5 or 6 days). All of our shipments are carefully and professionally packaged. There is a $0.99 handling fee to cover Customs paperwork and upgraded packaging and boxes. Insurance is required and is included in your final price. Customs: We declare sales price.

RETURNS: We allow returns within 14 days of delivery of the item. The item and all accessories and paperwork must be returned in NEW condition. If the item comes in a box from the manufacturer, that box must also be returned in NEW condition. Please contact us before you return the item. There is no restocking fee but the buyer pays return shipping and must send the item via USPS Priority Mail or better. We will refuse returns not meeting these conditions. RETURN CREDIT: We will either refund the purchase price (not including the return shipping or initial outgoing shipping if it was free) or give the buyer a credit for the purchase.
