All domestic items are shipped same day/next business day. However, there are days we need to take off to travel for purchasing which may delay your item by 2-3 business days. International items go out every Tuesday and Friday. However, if an international shipping day coincides with a purchasing day your item may not ship until the following Tuesday/Friday. We apologize for the delay. Please check your order details on eBay or your Paypal account for tracking information.

All items must be brand new and unworn. We suggest you wear your item around the house before taking them outside - some, if not most, shoes need to be broken in. If you have worn your shoes outside we will not honor our return policy. If for some reason you were sent something that you did not order please contact us so we can make arrangements to get you the correct order. We ask that you please leave positive feedback with 5 star seller ratings when you receive your item as this helps keep our prices low for everyone to enjoy. If you have any concerns with your product, including shipping prices, please contact us so we can thoroughly explain everything to you.

We do not conduct business over the phone. Please email us with any concerns or questions. Typically, we are not in the office to answer your questions on Wednesdays, Saturdays or Sundays. Please allow the 24-48 business hours eBay suggests to receive a response. Business hours do not include the weekend. For example, if you ask a question on Thursday night after 5pm (USA central time) you may not receive an answer until the following Monday. We apologize in advance for any delay.

We do offer international combined shipping. It is $10 each additional item to Canada and $15 each additional item everywhere else. You will need to purchase the items separately within one hour of each other and make a note in your payment that they are part of a combined shipment. Failure to make a note in your payment will void any combined shipping discounts.
