Fats Waller Portrait Vol.1 (2003 German Import)
This is a must have Fats Waller German import box set that is digitally remastered. The Waller CD box sets have been released in two volumes of ten CD's. The cleaned up audio surpasses the domestic BMG issues of the same Waller titles. Sadly Vol.1 it is now out-of-print, so whenever it should turn up on Ebay, don't hesitate to bid on it. The lucky winner will not be disappointed. Volume 2 is in print, so you Fats Waller fans don't miss out on this one.
