Just started thought I might earn a few bob more to cover expenses of children. Has been a long time coming but should hopefully be successful
Payment policy
PayPal only at the moment but might venture into credit card transactions. Prefer to make it easy and seamless although perhaps a little more expensive
Delivery information
Items won before 10pm on Tuesday evening will be posted the Wednesday after (assuming cleared funds into my PayPal account) by Royal Mail 1st Class recorded post. This option barring postal strikes means goods should be received within 1 - 2 days. Any problems then contact me as all items are tracked. This option also includes insurance up to £39. If your goods are worth more then other options will be offered.
e.g of dispatch process Goods purchased 2nd, 3rd, 4th,5th, 6th,7th, of September will be dispatched Wednesday 9th of September. Goods purchased on 8th September before 10 pm (22.00) will be dispatched 9th of September. Goods purchased after 10 pm will be marked for dispatch on 16th of September (example dates are 2009). There will be periods when goods could be sent out earlier depending on how busy I am. If due to illness or holidays the date is extended and goods will be later I will let you know asap. Return policy
For returns and P&P/Insurance watch this space changes to my system will occur 5/10/09 onwards. More options quicker delivery are the key points
At present I offer no returns options unless otherwise stated. It would depend very much on the individual item and its listing description. If I believe the goods are more than satisfactory why should I waste my time and money getting things back, refunding money and relisting goods. However, If I believe there might be a problem i.e. I've managed to pick up cheap goods and there is any chance of them failing then I will offer returns. e.g. small electrical items that batteries might not work and I have no idea of whether they work without opening the original packaging.

Contact should be via ebay messages. I will endeavour to reply within 24 hours. If an auction ends within 12 hours there is a good chance that I will not be able to help with the enquiry.

Many thanks to all my customers not just for trusting in my items and parting with your hard earned cash but also for the many helpful comments received. I have only been in operation since August 2009 as a seller but have used some experience from my wife's account (Buying only). This has been a quick and steep learning curve.
My main request here is that we keep in communication with each other. My methods are that I recognise your purchase by giving feedback as soon as possible after payment has been made. The next step is that dispatch is in line with the details above and I will again e-mail you when the goods are being sent out. If there are any problems or you need the item dispatched more quickly let me know. This will be part of the upgrade.
