I only sell Genuine Ciccia & Radley Items. I always try and describe the item as best I possibly can - Please always take time to view the pictures I take as many as i can and most often will use the SUPERSIZE option to give you a clear indication to the items condition.
Payment policy
I Accept Payment via Paypal, cheque or postal order. PLEASE NOTE I NOW DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT VIA E-CHEQUES. INTERNATIONAL BUYER payment by PAYPAL ONLY IN POUNDS STERLING.
Delivery information
I only use Recorded or special delivery for ALL my items. Please note Recorded delivery only covers for loss, damage etc upto £36. I am not responsible for items which are not insured upto their full value.
I ALWAYS AIM TO POST ITEM WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIVING CLEARED PAYMENT. IF THIS IS NOT THE CASE I WILL E-MAIL YOU TO LET YOU KNOW.
Return policy
I accept returns on ALL my Ciccia products within 14 Days, minus postal costs. Item must be returned in original packaging where applicable, un-used and with original tags.
I accept returns on my Radley products ONLY if item has been mispresented by myself, minus postal costs.
PLEASE NOTE I RECOMMEND RETURN'S VIA RECORDED OR SPECIAL DELIVERY. I WILL NOT ISSUE REFUND WITHOUT PROOF OF POSTAGE IF ITEM IS NOT RECEIVED.
