All wining bidders are to contact me within twenty four (24) hours of the end of the listing to arange payment. All payments are to be recived within seventy two (72) hours of the end of the listing, unless other arrangenents have been agreed.
The payments I accept follow:-
Paypal (Prefered), Cheque, Postal order or direct bank payment to any Lloyds TSB.
Delivery information
Please allow up to five (5) working days for delivery.
I always retain proof of posting. Once an item is recived by the GPO, Parcel Force or other courier I will send you an email,
witch should it be applicable, will include your tracking number to let you know your item has been shipped. At this point
I will have discharged my responcability for the item. Should it arive damaged or go missing I will do all I can to help in
your claim for the damage or loss of the item.
My P&P is based on the cost of the packaging, price of postage and my time to wrap and send it.
Return policy
Unless an item is listed as sold as seen (SaS) I will be happy to accept returns within the following conditons.
Items may be returned within seven (7) days of receipt for a refund, excluding postage costs, as long as:-
a) The item is not as described in the listing.
b) The item is not in the same condition as in the picture.
c) The item is not in the working order as described.
All other refund requests will be decided on a case by case basis. Contact me if you feel you need a refund.
