I was a hobby seller,but now its grown into a business - I work really hard, often until the early hours - and I pay my taxes - I do make mistakes now and again - please allow me to put them right, but also remember that Im not a bricks and mortar shop as such and dont have staff, can get tired and make silly mistakes at times.
Anyone can make a mistake - I am able to admit mine and correct them fairly.
Payment policy
Preferably Paypal - because its easier to keep track of and very easy to do a partial or full refund if neccessary. But I also take cheques, postal orders, cash even euroes.
I also accept cheques,bank transfer, postal orders,Money and even postage stamps for small amounts, I also have accepted store vouchers and euros before now.
I have been sent cash and if you want to do that please conceal it very well and use recorded delivery.
Delivery information
I pack and post within 24 hours usually the next morning.. I dont rip you off with this. . More often than not I undercharge! ( this part is out of date, postage is now £2.70 and I often charge 1.90 or 2.50 ! )
I buy postal bags that are made for the purpose. I protect delicate items.
I use Recorded Delivery at my discretion or if paid for.
I actually find it slower and more unreliable than standard delivery, but I do use it for higher value items or with buyers who have a record of not receiving parcels, or very low feedback.
Please do not mark my stars down on postage - generally I charge less than it costs - yet I still get marked down - this can affect my listing costs and my prices. Many items are priced at £1.90 for postage but cost me £2.70 + 95p for RD to send yet my postage stars still get marked down.
Return policy
As stated, these clothes are usually ex catalogue are priced very low and only small profits are made.
I do accept returns if it is my fault, eg wrong item sent, wrong size, a major fault not noticed BUT I do kindly ask you not to expect me to send things out just for you to try on and return for a full refund. Littlewoods & Marshall Ward can afford to do that, I cant. Many of the items I sell have been returned to the mail order company already. Thats why they charge such a high price for them, to finance returns. I cant sell low and offer their services too,sadly. Please ask questions, let me measure the length, the sleeves etc.
If you buy for example a size 14 top, the label says 14, but when you get it you find it doesnt fit then I will take it back and replace it if possible and if I have stock. If I refund when its not my fault it will be only the cost of the item, not postage costs and only at my discretion. This request of course does not effect your rights under uk dsr law

Negative feedback
I am honest and fair, but Im not a fool and will not be blackmailed with feedback threats - and that how I got the ones I had because they wanted something for nothing and I refused to play their game - a game becoming unfortunatly common now on Ebay.
For some strange and unprofessional reason,Ebay have stopped sellers from giving honest feedback - I disagree - because I have found that a minority of buyers leave rash negatives and need the shock of how it feels to get one back, in order for them to calm down and discuss a resolution to a problem. Then Ive usually found my unhappy buyers become happy ones and were happy to withdraw negatives.
I believe in goodwill. Negative feedback is a killer of goodwill unfortunately. If you have a problem contact me I will put it right - leave negative feedback and your on your own matey! :-)
Its that damn Feedback Again
I leave feedback as a buyer when the item arrives and Im happy with the transaction.
I leave feedback as a seller when I am aware that the transaction is finished and the buyer is satisfied with their purchase and lets me know by leaving feedback or contacting me with any problem and allows me to solve it.
I do not allow myself to be blackmailed with feedback threats.
I do not leave feedback first as feedback is the end of the transaction and I dont know how the the transaction has gone until the buyer tells me, by leaving feedback or sending a message.
If I havnt left your feedback and you need me to please ask and I'll do yours straight away.

I do tend to see it as a last priority as the important stuff takes all my time. x
Actually - I dont really like feedback - its nice when its nice - but most negatives left for 'proper' sellers like myself are avoidable anyway. the DSR stars and happy customers are what matters.I now use an auto for feedback - then I dont miss anyon
