i get the general feeling that nothing is too much bother for this GREAT seller. He responds to messages, requests even on a bank holiday!! I was surprised to find the item I was after at all and then to have it adapted to what I would like is amazing. this seller is polite and friendly and obviously takes enormous pride in his products because not only is the magnet just what i wanted the packaging and care is 10 out of ten.
