Payment is expected within three days of purchase. The only methods of payments we accept are PayPal or Postal Orders made payable to F. Butt. We will accept cash as form of payment on collection only items.

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a shipping fee only to cover our costs of materials and labor. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Normally dispatch within 24 hours after receiving cleared payment, using Royal Mail services. Please mind that Saturday and Sunday are not working days.

Returns are accepted within seven days following delivery. Specific details can be on each individual listing. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

Collection is only available if it is stated from my storage centre based in London between 0900 – 1800 weekdays. As the centre is unmanned a specific time must be arranged prior to collection. If you require collection outside of these times please enquire before purchasing the item. If an item is available for collection it must be collected in person. No own pre-arrange courier services will be accepted. Collection items are to be checked before you take them away for cosmetic damage etc. no returns will be accepted unless item is not able to be tested until you arrive home (Electricals, etc.).
