This Frida Kahlo cover was not in a new condition, as listed. Couldn't find any label, or packaging, but worst was the bad sewing REPAIR at both ends of the zip with WHITE THREAD on dark green! Contacted seller politely, thanking for sending it but expressing concerns. She told me to open a case to return it, which I did, with photos of the white stitching. Then total SILENCE for SIX days, til ebay had to refund me as no post label, address, message or anything was sent, though I looked daily

Have sold over 70 of these cushion covers (all new) with no complaints. Buyer was sent returns label but didn’t return the item.

LIES. U did NOT send a returns label! I contacted seller WITH PHOTOS to show Bad WHITE stitching undone both ends of zip. Reply .".just open a return case and send it back to me Lucy" Then NOT A WORD. If Id not used a return label, or there had been a word on case, Ebay could not have refunded me in full when NO RETURNS LABEL or REPLY to case. How cheap & unprofessional to suggest buyer dishonest...& to demean an issue SHOWN WITH PHOTOGRAPHS by stating NO-ONE ELSE HAS COMPLAINED!!

Item arrived 8 days late, when item finally arrived I noticed there is a defect on the ceramic. The packaging was absolutely horrific and I am so surprised it wasn't destroyed in it's entirely whilst in transit, it was held together with some scraps of cardboard taped together and a small amount of bubble wrap and it was not secured safely or correctly considering it's fragile state. Had no communication with the seller to advise it was late/held up etc so am disappointed.

Item was later due to Royal Mail which is beyond my control. I always use recycled packaging as it’s more sustainable for the planet. Item wasn’t damaged in transit so not sure why this is an issue?
