RETURNS POLICY We accept returns if you are not satisfied. Should you wish to return an item, please e-mail us and explain the reason for the return as well as the order number, your name and your postal address. You will then receive a returns authorization. The cost of returning the item is to be bourne by the sender. When returning the goods to us, we recommend that you take out postal insurance if the value of the item exceeds £32. Returns & refunds are subject to but not limited by the following criteria: The item must be accompanied by the original documents that were enclosed. The item has to be returned within 10 days of purchase. The item must be unworn and unsoiled. The item must be packaged in the same way as received. None of the tags should be removed, changed or damaged. Some items such as swimwear earings and lingerie can not be returned for hygiene reasons.
