Return policy
I will limit this to our Returns Policy on Personalised Cards.Such items are actually exempt from The Distance Selling Regulations [DSR] and a business only has to accept a return if there is a fault. We go further that the law requires by accepting returns. We must be advised by email that you are rejecting the goods within 7 working days following receipt and the product needs to get to us within 14 WDs.A refund will be made for the amount you paid for an item less the following deductions 1)outward P&P 2)any charges & fees made by eBay & Paypal that are not recoverable.Return P&P has to be covered by you.We do not make an administration charge or anything to do with the time involved.Any item must be returned unopened. If something has a fault and was our fault we will refund all costs. We must be advised of the fault by email and this must be received within the same timescales referred to earlier. After the item has been checked a refund will be made.

Our Approach to Trading
We have a very simple approach to trading that is summed up in the phrase If you are not happy, we are not happy. We are committed to giving you products that are of the highest quality and a Service that is excellent. However, we constantly strive to improve everything we do.All feedback is read & criticisms analyzed and acted upon.We believe that establishing, maintaining and improving relationships between buyers and sellers is of paramount importance. We are confident that any issue that causes you to be less than satisfied should be investigated. In our experience, when given the opportunity to explain something the matter can be resolved to the satisfaction of both parties. We refer to this method of working as participative. Those we trade with are partners rather than just buyers or consumers. In any Dispute we believe that co-operation by those involved can end with a mutually beneficial outcome - it becomes a Win-Win result.
Customer Protection Legislation
I never cease to be astonished by how many businesses are operating on eBay & transgressing legislation. It is the responsibility of a business to ensure that they have a detailed knowledge and understanding of the law. They should be able to explain the law to any buyer or potential buyer.I do not expect consumers to have an in-depth knowledge of,Eg the Distance Selling Regulations, the Sale of Goods Act or Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts.I do expect a business to trade within all the relevant legislation. Some Traders seem to believe that they at worst can openly ignore the law and at best explain their Terms and Conditions in confusing, contradictory and misleading ways. The outcome?Buyers are not getting their legal rights that can include losing money. Also the businesses acting in a responsible way are losing out to the competition which will have lower overheads.Ebay does not monitor the behaviour and only act when its policies are breached.Report businesses to Trading Standards.
