Delivery information
I take great care with my business, so naturally I would only package my items as I would expect to receive them, I only use BRAND NEW packaging, and include lots of bubble wrap and of course a paypal receipt with each item.

Return policy
I use proof of posting, so if you do not receive your item, you can contact me and I will post to you the proof of posting, so that you can make a claim against the post office. If the item is faulty, please contact me immediatley. You can then return the item using the proof of posting and I will arrange for a new replacement. However the item must be in the same condition as you received it. You have 14 days from receipt to arrange this.
