We strive to provide you with items of great quality and great low prices. We listen to our customers and source the items you want at discounted prices. We have been in operation for just over 2 years and have gained 100% feedback on both buying and selling through EBay. We look forward to receiving your custom and doing business with you soon.

Payment policy
We accept PayPal only for items bought from our Ebay site. Full payment is needed within 7 days after the auction or Buy It Now item has ended. If payment is not received within 7 days after the sale or item has ended we will initiate EBay’s unpaid item process.

Delivery information
Items are usually processed within 1-2 working days. For orders made during weekends, bank holidays and extremely busy periods will be processed and despatched in 2-3 working day. All items are packaged in suitable Envelopes and wrapped securely to ensure they are delivered without any sort of damage. Items are despatched by UK Royal Mail Postal System so that we can ensure that your item is handled securely and delivered on time. However items are more likely to be delayed during Industrial Action (Postal Strike) and we are less able to confirm delivery time. Normal Delivery time is 1 - 2 working days for delivery within United Kingdom with First Class Postage. Normal Delivery time is 3 – 5 working days for delivery within United Kindom with Second Class Postage.

Return policy
If you receive a faulty item from us, simply return it within 7 days for an exchange to another item. Please note the item has to be in its original condition as received and unopened. For security and health and safety reasons we will not be able to accept returns of products that have been used. All returning shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer at all circumstances. Return items must have all original packing and accessories. Return postage charges are non-refundable for any items.
