Order placed for 5ft ottoman (free delivery). Couple of weeks later I get a call saying I have to pay £25 for delivery. I paid this grudgingly, and then waited 3 weeks to have it delivered. When I asked when it was being delivered I had to wait ages for a response.
Then when it arrived it was the wrong design (button to instead of plain) and the wrong height (too short). When I queried this I got a reply saying they would look in to it, never heard back since?

I received a defected bed,with no instruction how to assemble the bed. Contacted seller and he expected from me to fix the issue with the bed myself and assemble the bed while he will tell me over the phone how to do! What a joke! First he was not giving me any update about the delivery and then he asked me to chase up with courier company when they delivering the bed. I wouldn’t suggest to buy anything from this seller! Glad I purchased via eBay and was able to get my problem resolved.
