I created headlube in 2006 as a low cost source of HeadBlade products. I have always found HeadBlade products to be of the highest quality, only let down by the high prices we have to pay in the UK.
Payment policy
PayPal is the preferred payment method and is always accepted. You can pay with a credit or debit card through PayPal. Other payment methods are only accepted by prior agreement. Please make payment or contact me within 3 days. An unpaid item dispute will be opened after 7 days.
Delivery information
First Class postage is used for speed and reliability. Recorded Delivery is optional. Items are generally despatched by the next working after payment is received. An email is always sent to confirm despatch. Proof of posting is always retained. First Class mail should deliver items in 1-2 working days, including Saturday. Please contact me after 7 days if nothing is received.
Return policy
New items have a 7 day cancellation period from the date you receive them. Unwanted items must then be returned intact at your own cost with proof of posting. Insurance and proof of receipt is recommended for expensive items as you are responsible until the items are received back again. Faulty or incorrect items (new only) can be returned for refund or replacement with your postal costs refunded. Please contact me if you need to return an item.

I aim to leave feedback once you have received your item and are satisfied. I assume this has happened when you leave positive feedback. Please contact me with any problems prior to leaving feedback. I am happy to leave my feedback first on request.
