There is no such thing as free P&P - if I am posting something to you then there is a cost involved. If I add that cost into the price of the item then you will be paying more in the long run. I always use First Class as standard. Recorded Delivery cover insurance delivery. Next day Special delivery if required for gauranteed next day special delivery. I will always combine P&P and only charge for the first item - after that its free.

Simple - the customer is always right - if you wish to return something please contact me and I will arrange return and replacement or refund as necessary. My aim is to give the sort of service I would expect to get myself!

I always use first class post (or recorded / Next Day Special DElivery) and have a signed certificate of postage. But occasionally things do go missing in the post - most turn up but sometimes they are really missing. If your order has not arrived within 14 days then I will replace / refund as requested.
