HEC (helping Everyone Communitate) Has been around since 2002 we are a parntership Ken Deacon (me) and Glenn Parsons. HEC run a sme in the rulal area of Leicestershire near Belvoir Castle.

Refund Policy: New Goods that were received faulty purchased from HEC eshop are covered by a full money back guarantee within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Refund will be less package and postage costs.
