We prefer to receive payment via Pay Pal, but we will accept checks and money orders as well. All checks and money orders need to be paid in US funds. Please note: If you pay by check, the merchandise will not ship until the check has cleared. Texas residents: 8.25% sales tax will be charged to your purchase at checkout. Payment must be received within 5 days of the closing of the auction. If payment is not received in that time, we will be forced to nullify the auction and file a non-paying bidder alert with eBay, to recoup our auction fees.

We prefer to ship only to the US, but we will occassionally make exceptions. If you are from outside the US, please contact us BEFORE bidding. We generally ship by Fed Ex. We will ship smaller items by USPS. If the item being shipped is large/heavy enough to require freight delivery, we will work with the winning bidder to arrange shipment, but the winning bidder will be solely responsible for shipping costs. If you live in the DFW area and would like to pick up the merchandise you won, please feel free to email or call us so we can arrange a time for pickup. If you are in the area and would like to inspect an item before bidding, please feel free to contact us to arrange a meeting time. If shipping to a PO Box, APO or outside the continental US there will be an additional charge for shipping.

All items are sold as-is. HelpMeSelliT will only accept a return if the item was not as it was described in the auction. The buyer must return the item within 5 business days of receiving it. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We are a consignor facilitating the sale and shipment of merchandise for the owner. We hold the merchandise for the owner until the merchandise is sold and shipped to the buyer.
