In absence of Kindle touch in UK it's the best option if a bit pricy.
Very happy with this but mainly because I picked it up 'as new' for £100 which is only about a tenner more than the cheap version. I got it because I wanted the keyboard for the extra interaction (especially for searching guidebooks) but mostly for the free 3G as am going abroad for a month. £159 full price I think is too much for what you get, which is essentially just an e-reader with very limited additional functionality. Even the 3G you could get around unless you were absolutely desperate to buy on the go and can't wait 'til you get a wireless connection or, as with me, going abroad for a chunk of time and wanting to use it for very limited web-browsing / social network updating. The usability / battery life / far better screen (for reading) than the iPad etc. is all as expected. Weight is fine. Size is just a little big to accommodate the keyboard. Ideally I'd have gone for the kindle touch if it was available in the UK or I could be bothered to have it shipped and I may well upgrade if it ever does become available over here as the touch is lighter and smaller. Overall though I'm happy it'll do the job I want of slimming down the dozen or so books I wanted to take away into one small device.
