We opened our Counselling and Hypnotherapy Practice in 2000 and started producing a range of self-hypnosis CDs and downloads shortly afterwards. We also produce a range of self-hypnosis audio CDs specifically for Nervous Horse riders. Sharon Shinwell is also a published author on the subject of Hypnotherapy.

We do not offer refunds on Audo CDs, (in line with UK distance selling regulations) but we will replace any CD found to be faulty
