The Boys Behind The Monkees
Well worth buying to hear the talented and varied singing of Tommy Boyce and Bobby Hart the songwriters behind many Monkees hits including Last Train to Clarksville. Only one Monkee hit cover included on this CD the lesser known Teardrop City. Includes also their own favourites such as Alice Long and the title song as well as some very attractive b-sides. Some of the arrangements are stunningly produced as if coming from a choir. This really is undiscovered talent of the 60s. Enjoy.
