We are Daisy Bags and we currently sell handbags and costume jewellery. These products represent what we believe to be modern fashion at affordable prices. We purchase from a variety of wholesalers to try and differentiate ourselves from other online sellers. We are a new business and hope to develop this venture to produce our own unique designs. We accept Pay Pal and postal orders. We prefer payment to be received within 3 days for all auction items. We will contact you to remind you after these 3 days should the item remain unpaid. If you have purchased this product in error, let us know and we can arrange a cancellation. Should the item remain unpaid after 7 days we will then open an unpaid item case. Buy it now requires instant payment. All refunds will be offered through Pay pal.

We have different postage costs for different items so please check each listing carefully. We do offer postage discounts and combined postage. Check listings for promotional offers and free delivery. Generally, we only sell to the UK and EU areas but please contact us if you require us to deliver to other areas where we will give you a bespoke price. If you require special delivery conditions please contact us. All items are insured through Royal Mail up to £36 and come with proof of postage. Distance Selling Rules apply for parcels which do not arrive. We aim to dispatch the next day, but this may take two working days, so please allow for this. All UK packages are sent FIRST CLASS ROYAL MAIL and take a day to arrive in most areas. International mail is sent via Airmail can takes at least three days to arrive.

If you don't like it send it back! We appreciate what you see online isn't always what you expect it to be. We try our best to describe items accuratley, and always take our own pictures, however there are always technological limitations. If you feel we have not described an item correctly you will be entitled to a refund. We inspect all items before dispatch, so there should be no faults with our products, however errors do happen so if we have missed something please let us know and you will be entitled to a refund or exchange. We refund the price of the item only and all postage costs are non-refundable. This is also the case for the item being sent back which must be done recorded delivery and in the state it was dispatched. All returned items must be free from animal hair, stains and odours contracted through usage. Please notify us within 3 DAYS if you are unhappy with the product and return it within 7 DAYS.
