I charge only 10p postage for each additional item purchased, providing goods are paid for on one combined invoice. Generally items are posted the same day if paid for before 1.00pm weekdays or 10.00am Saturdays. When payment is processed over the weekend the order will be posted on Monday unless it is a Bank Holiday. I always obtain proof of postage.

I offer a full money-back guarantee if you are not entirely satisfied with your product or it arrives damaged. Simply contact me to let me know and you will be given a reference number. Then return your item within 14 days for a full refund excluding return postage. All I ask is that you use a trackable return postal service.
