Having paid over £9 for delivery, I was very disappointed that it did not arrive within the suppliers stated delivery. I consider judged against other companies £9 as expensive, but as I needed them for weekend. When I contacted the company to request a refund full or partial of the postage, I was very disappointed at the arrogant response. I would not use this company again nor would I recommend them. Overpriced and customer poor service.

The buyer explained that he no longer needs the item because it arrived late (despatched Thurs, delivered Mon). We offered the buyer a free return for a full refund but he doesn't want to return it. The buyer wants to keep the item and get a refund, and threatened negative feedback if we dont refund and let him keep the item.

Ordered 3 packs of 50cm rigid tubing because it needs to be straight and rigid (that's the whole point of it!) These clowns bent it half and shoved it in a 30cm envelope to save on postage because they're obviously too tight to pay for tubes. I messgaed the seller complaining about the state of it and after 2 weeks they still haven't bothered to even respond let alone offer to replace or refund the item. COWBOYS!!! Avoid this company and spend your money elsewhere, Life's too short!
