Hi,im a busy mum of 4 and always have stuff for sale !mostly kids clothes or toys from when my boys have a clear out !Im kept busy as my youngest is just 3 and i have 3 boys of 16,twins 12yrs.

I sell mainly girls clothes that my daughter has grown out of and some of my boys stuff, we constantly have clear outs and im always clearing out my wardrobe !!

Im currently a carer/homehelp and sell on ebay purely to help declutter and save me going to endless car boots which i hate!It is not a buissiness,i buy alot on here to as it is convinient,i have had a problems with a few people through no fault of my own and sometimes do wonder if its worth it but generally have had contact and met some nice people!

pay pal only,keeps it easy for me as i have a severe lack of time at the mo !also protects both parties so it makes sense !I am happy occasionally to accept other payment methods but only prior arranged and sometimes i may have to say no.sorry !

I post all my parcels 2nd class to try and keep the cost to a minimum for the buyer although i am happy to ammend this if asked to do so.I usually weigh my items and try to get the postage as correct as i can.I donot add anything for my fees so the auction price has to cover this sometimes at a cost to me to be honest so i always appreciate 5 star ratings !

I donnot accept returns unless i had an email about a faulty/broken in transit product then we could work something out.(i have always given full refunds on these circumstances so it is good to make contact before negitive feedback is applied!)

I like to have good communication with people and pride myself on being a good people person.Any problems or questions i aim to reply as soon as i can and do check my account regually.I always contact the buyer when auction is finished to thank them for buying from me and to also inform them when i aim to post the item and i email when i have done so too.Good communication is the key to good selling !
