Hi emma, I am now going to order more of your crusty farmhouse bread improver. I think I have had 6 or 7 lots now. I add a teaspoon to 500g flour 1 salt 350ml water and it bakes perfect bread every time. thankyou jane

If you bake your own bread either by machine or hand you must get the farmhouse dough improver. I added a heaped tsp to my white bread recipes and 2 tsps to my brown/wholemeal recipes. The results are fantastic. The bread is really tasty and light - no more bricks for me! I will definitely be ordering the kg size next time and will be trying out more of Emma's products. The service was great - arrived within 2 days. I will never again bake bread without this product. By the way I have a breadmaker but tend to use the dough setting so I can shape my own loaves or rolls but it works really well in the machine also. Once again - fantastic! Many thanks, Annette

We came across emmas-home-baking-supplies by sheer accident, looking for something else. But what a fantastic find. We ordered two 12" loaf tins and Improver samples. We were absolutely amazed at how quickly the order arrived and that emma had also gone to the trouble of enclosing some bags for the bread and issued a recipe. My husband makes the bread, and he set to and made a loaf the day the order arrived. We are really delighted with the texture and taste of the loaf. We will definitely be ordering more off of Emma.
