I am REALLY Gutted. I got my first ever negative comment in 4 years selling on ebay. It was because my supplier sold me a duff DVD. I was sorting it out. I did not hear back from them on email. The negative FB came. It is still be resolved :(

Started as some fun, selling my old stuff.
I then got a contact who offered to sell me stuff at trade price and i started taking it more seriously.
Today I am still hoping to grow the business, but not actively doing it as my career needs to take priority.

UK Customers can pay with UK Sterling Postal Orders. I do take UK cheques but only with prior agreement, as shipping is delayed by upto 10 days while cheque clears.

Everything goes out within 2 working days, usually next day
Items are sent in a NEW PADDED BAG, or bulk orders wrapped in bubble-wrap and brown paper.
Postage costs include postal charge, packaging cost and admin charge for packing the item.
