Payments must be received within four days or go into default as an Unpaid item. We accept Paypal and Domestic Money Orders, all International orders by Paypal only, no Personal Checks.
All shipping quotes are estimates and subject to modification after
shipping destinations are obtained, exact shipping quotes are available by emailing us your zip and items your looking at, we
do provide insurance upon request, all International
packages are shipped Priority Mail for tracking and insurance
purposes, we reserve the right to not ship to area's that have
proven to have unreliable delivery service. We do combine shipping
and highly recommend it to everyone as your best way to get best
value, the greatest value being on cd's and dvd's,International bidders should obtain a shipping quote prior to any
bidding or risk having your bid cancelled. We do not ship to Asia,
Mexico, South America, Spain, China, Italy and Greece due to prior delivery problems. All International orders are subject to duty
taxes upon receipt, for insurance reasons, we only declare full
value of your payment.
We have an open door return policy on courteous requests, this
does not include the occassional item sold as is or for parts only so please review listing, if seeking a return please remember that mistakes do get made and that they are not intentional, remember also that by asking important questions before you bid, some mistakes can be avoided, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, Please be advised that returns involving insurance claims can take 6-12 weeks to resolve and that it is essential that everything is well documented and in some cases all packing materials used in shipping must be kept till return issues are resolved. We do not accept returns on uninsured items damaged during shipping, and we would advise all auction winners that you request that insurance be added to your purchase.

that solutions do not include item discounts after an item has
