I ordered my boots from this Company and was very happy with the service, I received my new boots the next day. No complaints from me and will use this Company again.

The boots that i ordered were out of stock and I got a fast response from this seller letting me know this! I was refunded within a few days and the seller kept me updated throughout and responded to my emails in a very fast and efficient manner! Unfortunately I was unable to find the boots i wanted this time but i will definately look to this seller for future footwear purchases! x

****WARNING****Absolutley rubbish service i bought my boots over a month ago and still dont have them back. i ordered a size 5 and they didnt fit i sent them back and have been charged a £5 restocking fee!i am a size 4/5 and these boots are tiny.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I bought an item seller let me know they didn't have any stock left and has left me waiting 5 days for a refund despite me opening a paypal dispute, I find it highly unlikely a large seller such as these has not seen my dispute so is choosing to ignore me either that or they need to review their customer service. I still have no refund or reply to any messages or disputes. This seller appears great but I don't believe they are very good at solving an issues you have with orders

my Red or Dead boots are great, very good condition. I already have a black pair which I adore, and wanted the brown for ages, so was delighted to not have to pay full price in shops! Very quick dispatch to Ireland, just in time for Christmas!!
