IATT Studio Photography is a sideline I am developing to mix my passion for photography with my interest in everything. From when I was a child and received my first point and press camera on my eleventh birthday, to watching my father who himself was an avid amateur photographer teach me about composition and through the age of the digital camera I have tried to move from taking holiday snaps with a point & press digital camera to using professional equipment and photographing those things that pique my interest; whether is be people, places or events. Without any formal training I hope to develop the work I do and begin to accept commissions for portraiture, still life and reportage. Each time I have a friend (or model) sit for me, or each time I visit a location I take away another experience that will come together to produce more professional and stunning photographs. By experimenting with light, colours, backgrounds or locations.
