Most items are despatched the same day if paid for by 1pm, Monday to Friday. Therefore, any delivery delays does not mean that your order was not despatched on time! Whilst we always aim to keep postage costs to a minimum, please note that it costs more than just the price of a stamp to get an item to you. Packaging materials, labelling, staff time, invoicing, premises rent, business rates and transportation to the post office to stand in a queue and obtain a proof of posting, does not come free! Consequently, for most single items we add a nominal £1.00 flat fee towards these costs (+50p per extra item) and please remember that we are also required to add 20% VAT on all P&P charges to pass onto the Gov't. For example, postage £1.49 + £1.00 packing fee + VAT = £2.99 actual cost. We believe this is fairer and more transparent than including P&P in an item cost and then claiming 'free delivery' regardless of the true cost. You are also welcome to collect by appointment from our premises.

If you have any queries relating to the suitability or compatibility of any item, please contact us BEFORE purchasing, rather than guess, assume or take a chance. Except for any item incorrectly supplied, we may at our discretion accept unwanted or unsuitable stock items provided they are; returned within 7 days of delivery with our prior written authorisation, are returned at your own expense and risk until received by us, have been unopened, are in their original and undamaged packaging, have not been used whatsoever, still remain in a saleable condition and the original purchase invoice (not a copy) accompanies the item. A refund will then be made within 28 days subject to a 25% restocking and handling charge, less and eBay/Paypal fees incurred and less any carriage charges paid or, in the case of original free delivery, less a packing charge of £10.00 + VAT. Special orders, installations, custom-made or adapted equipment are non-returnable.
