I started my partyplan business in July06 with the help of the Prince's Trust.....I then received more funding in April 07 from the Sheffield Chambers of Commerce and decided to test trade from an outlet. This didnt go down so well, with all the overheads and everything so I decided to concentrat on online sales as well as partyplan. The less overheads the better I think - Don't you?
So I have a website www.soulsentiments.com which is waiting to be updated which will happen some time in April when I receive more governemnt funding. (Great isn't it?)
In the mean time I have decided to sell things in my Ebay shop, to help divert more traffic to my website in time to come.
On my website will be mainly fashion. I shall sell some of the expensive designer clothing and some less expensive clothing. Meaning I shall cater for everyone. Knowing that I shall be being supplied by the same wholesalers who supply ASOS.com (one of the bigges online fashion stores).
Payment policy
I accept paypal, postal orders (payable to C Love), Western Union/Money Gram transactions, Direct Bank Transfer, Payment over the Phone using Credit/Debit cards.
I have a mobile chip and pin machine that I use for my party's and exhibitions which is most convenient. Its through the RBS Streamline Merchant account and I accept all cards, including AMEX.
Delivery information
I try no to make any profit on postage and usually weigh and get a figure from Royalmail as this is usually the service I use, unless its a very large bulky item, I will use a courier.
Goods that I hold are shipped out on the sameday if purchased before 3:30pm, choosing the Special Delivery option or the next working day if not. Some items will take 3-5 working days to be delivered as they may come straight from the manufacturers.
Return policy
I accept returns for a full refund if faulty. If the customer has changed their mind and no longer wants the item, they must contact me within 7 days to arrange the return. The item will be refunded less postage, and less 10% re-shelfing fee. (Sorry but many times i have heard of people buying something, using it once and then sending it back. Hopefully, this will sift out any timewasters from bidding). If the item is faulty or damaged I will not send it out. If the item is damaged during transit I will exchange the item or issue a full refund. Cosmetics are not backed by this policy. I will not accept any cosmetics back. If the item is damaged during transit, let me know, send it back (paid for by me) and I will send you a replacement. Under no circumstances will I accept pierced earrings or sets containing these types of earring back, for hygiene reasons. This policy is set and no allowances will be made.
