eBay My World: idrees2007( 9709)

Shipment arrived minus 10 of ordered items after paying a $42 postage fee. The seller asked that I call him and I did but he did not return the phone call. I tlaked with him the next day and he said that he would try to get the remaining 10 item from a friend and that he would call me the next day. He did not call. Two days later I called and left a message again and he still ha not returned the phone call.
