My name is Jagoda. I'm 28 years old, mum of a little boy, who is 16 months. I am a small business owner who is (slowly but surely) learning about eBay. I am an honest seller and I treat all my customers the way I like to be treated myself.

Sell several different items, mainly toys, make up, clothes and baby items. All items are new.

I would be happy to accept payment via the following methods: PayPal and personal cheque.

Please allow up to 10 working days for cheques to clear. I will dispatch items within 2 working days if payment is received by other methods.I will send parcels up to 1 kilo in weight via Royal Mail standard post, items over 1 kilo will be send by standard parcel post. I obtain a proof of posting for all parcels sent. If you would like to insure your parcel, please just let me know or check out the Royal Mail website for costs. I will confirm via email when your item has been dispatched. My postage costs are based on the weight and dimensions of the item, including packaging, as per the UK Royal Mail published costs. They also include all packaging materials used to ship your item.

Any queries must be notified within 7 days of receiving item. After this time the item is strictly non returnable/non refundable. An item can only be returned if there is a fault and I would be happy to offer a full refund upon return of the item in the original packaging. The return postage costs would not be included if any refund made. If you feel that the item is not as it should be for any other reason, please just let me know and I will sort something out.
