Seller did not refund $10.60 postage costs as was communicated for the return. Item did not state in purchase decription that length was seated position 30cm, item was 45 cm in total. So item was not as described. I also purchased the Bitzer dog from shaun the sheep from this seller and it was 30cm in total, not 30cm in seated position. A buyer would assume the sheep was 30cm in total too not 45cm, but 30cm seated unless it is written to state so.
